we've used a new hop from Freestyle Hops called Peacharine

We are both in love with Freestyle hops so it was a no-brainer when it came time to settle on hops

This is the first time amping it up to the Quadruple version and

It has the largest dry hop we've ever done! We literally lost half of this beer to the mountain of hops we stuffed in there. It's a beautiful expression of what we love most about Galaxy!
