Cast iron griddle this IS my grandmother‘s skilletIMPORTANT: You will see a bracing welded on to the bottom of this waffle iron. We have never seen anything like this before. Someone thought to weld a little bridge on the underside of the socket that holds the paddles. Usually when someone does something it means there was damage. However there's absolutely no damage to the top of the base as you'll see in the pictures. It's curious as to why they thought a little bracing needed to be added but
