Winemaking Method: Grapes are hand-picked at the end of September and vinified by variety

醸造方法：アルコール発酵は管理された温度（23−25°）で約２週間行われます。浸漬させ、その後澱引きを3回行います。スラヴォニアンオークの大樽（サイズと年数は様々ですが、新樽は使用しません）で最低3年熟成。軽く清澄と濾過を行い、瓶詰めします。その後瓶熟成は最低２年間。
