It is dark brown with ruby highlights and has bready, biscuity, and toasty malt flavour that includes mild chocolate and caramel toffee notes. It is a very forgiving style to brew which makes it ideal for the beginner brewer. Join us as we step through how to brew beer on a scale that you can replicate at home. Our beer making classes
