The surface is composed of all aerospace grade titanium, so is very robust and hypoallergenic. The inside is made smooth for comfort and it is less reactive to the skin than white gold, steel, or silver would be. Can be anodized, polished, or brushed finish and the inside can be engraved with an inscription.
