Only use for electric coil or gas cook tops

Surface is glass smooth BUT there is micropitting on the cook surface and a patch of rust that was fully restored but remains visible at the 12 OClock position

Awesome poached eggs! roaster It will work on glassThis mint condition Danish style Aebleskiver, made by Griswold, is one of a few variations made by the famous foundry. The Aebleskiver demand has skyrocketed because they are unique and fun to use in the kitchen. Markings of 962, Griswold and Erie PA are on the pan, and it is in great condition. It sits flat and has no damage visible. Its been restored and seasoned three times with beef tallow, making it ready to use once you receive it. We use ours
