Italian Rococo Repousse Brass Altar Fragment as a Table Lamp trivets acanthus leaf bracketsDETAILS The front of this antique urn fragment is decorated with repousse brass over a wood base with rocaille C scroll arms and shell decorations. It may have been part of a candle base and has been recently mounted as an table lamp on a rod support with a round, moulded edge base. DATE 18th century, later fitting DIMENSIONS Width 6 Depth 6 Height 27 inches CONDITION Note: rewired.
