It features the dual CHF and Favorite logo on the back and regardless of its age, the cooking surface of this pan is in great condition. It is absolutely gorgeous and was restored and seasoned three times with organic beef tallow, so its ready to use once you receive it. It does not sit flat so it is best for gas or coil? Awesome
