I do not do refunds for nose rings. When ordering Faux Nose rings and Ear Cuffs, the difference is the nose rings you can pick a 6mm 10mm. Ear Cuffs come in one size. Also be mindful, the 18g beads do vary slightly in color even though theyre the same colors. This is out of my control. Thank you. Xo, Roper
