168mm Damascus Wa Chef One off 9") nakiri with a colonial168 x 48mm (6. 6 x 1. 8") chef knife with a spalted curly maple handle. Black kirinite accent. All the spalted maple came from my dad's farm in Baltimore County. 1084 15N20 carbon steel damascus blade. I usually don't do a fancy handle with a fancy blade, as I feel that sometimes its hard to know what to look at. This knife goes against that in the best way. I love that the pattern looks different on each side. Thicker bolster and spine give this
