醸造方法：全ての品種は別々に500Lの樽で土着酵母と共にパンチダウンをしながら発酵。その後、熟成の最後の段階でオーク樽でブレンドされます。 12-16ヶ月間オーク樽にて熟成の後、最低6ヶ月間の瓶内熟成。

A majestic taste with a firm structure

5つの最良単一畑（カンヌビ、リステ、カンヌビ・サン・ロレンツォ、フォッサティ、サン・ピエトロ・デッレ・ヴィオレ）からのブドウを使用し、発酵を約12日間、始めは22～25℃、最後は29～30℃で行い、マセレーションは20日間。熟成はスラヴォニア産オーク樽で4年間、瓶内熟成は6ヶ月間。単一畑の特徴が混ざりあった複雑さを持ち、すみれを想わせるブーケ、ソフトな味わいのバローロです。
