Pasture-raised pork mince weight:1kg We source whole lambs fromFreshly ground pork mince, expertly prepared on site by our butchers using ethically sourced meat. We source whole, pasture raised pigs from ethical farmers, including Tallabung Pork, a boutique producer in the Lachlan Valley region of NSW. Tallabung specialises in rare black haired breeds that roam freely on open pastures, resulting in rich, sweet flavoured meat. All of the pork we source is pasture raised and free from antibiotics and hormones.
