Fountain Vase lx-hasami_porcelain and accessoriesThe Fountain Vase pleats its ceramic body into soft vertical lines, so the surface reads through shadow rather than an even, reflective sheen. Its exterior is left matte and unglazed while the interior takes a clear glaze, letting the pleats sit as sculpted relief instead of gloss. Because the clay is worked by hand, marks and slight variation occur naturally from one vase to the next.
