Notes of cassis, bright red berries, western red cedar, lavender, liquorice, crushed blackcurrants. Very deep black in the colour right to the edge of the glass. The palate is huge in texture and has layer after layer of concentrated fruits. This is a full bodied and robust wine with a lovely core of energy. Currently, this is wound up pretty tight but will unfurl
