A 39% wheat mash bill nearly double their earlier wheated expression entered into the barrel at just 108 proof, well below the industry norm. That low entry proof pulls more wood sugars from the oak early, building a sweetness and texture that the higher proof wheaters simply can't replicate. Six years of maturation, bottled at 106 proof.
