Tea Resin, or Cha Gao (), is a traditional tea concentrate crafted by slowly extracting the essence of whole tea leaves. The tea liquor is carefully filtered multiple times before being slowly simmered over a wood fire for at least two days, gradually concentrating into a solid tea resin. This time honoured
