One of the highlights of my trip to India was an impromptu print making session with some friends

The process reminded me of something our teacher Heinz Edelmann once said: “It takes an hour to have a good idea and 20 hours to make it look like it was made in 5 minutes

Pencil I Golf 70 cm x 50 cm2 color silkscreen Edition of 100, signed and numbered 80 x 60 cm 31. 5 x 23. 6 in Paper: Munken Lynx 170g m2 Christoph was asked to design a permanent room at the Kunstpalast Dsseldorf. In the installation Utopia the viewer is immersed in a world of 2 and 3 dimensional shapes. The silkscreens Pencil I and Pencil II were created in the process and continue the playful flow between realism & abstraction and flatness & depth.
