Just 371 bottles were produced. Nose: Sawdust, cooked apples, spring blossom, barley and bread. Palate: Ginger, maple syrup, softly smoky with roasted barley and earthy spices. Finish: Vanilla and orange sweetness remains. 700mL 46% ABV
