These are made out of clear PVC (top) and Mesh (sides & bottom). Because the sides and bottom are made of Mesh there is some flex that allows you to stuff more in each pouch. These work great in the Recon 9 EVADE backpacks but can also be used in other packs bags that have a loop wall. Each set comes with three (3)
