We made one change though; we made it to bottom out on a specific ring size so that it would not clamp on too tightly. Inserting the tiny key and turning clockwise will open the cuff. The key can be worn on a necklace, or it could be on a chain attached to the ring. The entire ring and key are crafted from aerospace grade titanium. The ring shown was
