Liquitex Slow-Dri Fluid Additive Hand Milling Oil Paint Blog Use in conjunction with ArtLiquitex Slow Dri Fluid Additive has a fluid consistency that thins all acrylic paint and mediums. It increases then "open" (working) time of acrylic paint and reduces paint skinning over on palette. It also increases the blending time, making blending of colours and detail brushwork easier. To use, mix with Liquitex acrylic paints and mediums to retard drying time up to 50%. It is ideal for use with Liquitex Heavy Body Artist Colour and gel mediums,
