Seat and backrest are built over a birch plywood shell, cushioned with foam and upholstered in fabric, while the exposed legs are turned from solid wood. Steven Bukowski designed it for New Works from his Brooklyn studio, reworking a familiar chair silhouette at exaggerated proportions.
