The long lasting fruit aromas are complemented by floral notes. It has a well balanced flavor with harmonious acidity and soft tannins. Winemaking Method: Fermented with indigenous yeasts, and the cap is managed by punching down. Maceration lasts for a minimum of 3 weeks. Aged for 24 months
