ブドウ品種：グレーコ 100%

醸造方法：火山性土壌。10月中旬から下旬にかけて収穫。熟成はステンレスタンクで4ヵ月、ボトルで最低２ヵ月。

製造方法：ブドウは酸度を保つため、早めに収穫。その後ブドウを破砕、除梗し、ソフトプレスをする。抽出されたマストは酵母と共に15℃の温度管理下のステンレスタンク内で15日間発酵。1月まで撹拌しながら澱と共に熟成、3月末に瓶詰め。澱と共に12℃の温度下で20ヶ月間瓶内熟成した後、デゴルジュマンを行う。（メトド・クラッシコ製法）

テイスティング: ルビー色。赤いベリーの香り、スパイシーな香、土の香りが感じられます。複雑な香りと甘さを感じるタンニンを持つ骨格のしっかりとしたワインです。
