There is a small area of sulfur pitting that has been fully restored. Other than that, its perfect! Made by hand in the 1930s, this Griswold #9 is a beauty. We fully stripped and restored it back to almost new with organic beef tallow. The surface is smooth as can be, and will darken with each repeat seasoning. It sits flat and is a fantastic pan for daily use, and to show off in your gourmet kitchen.
