Berton Vineyards High Eden Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Western Cape This is a great wineFrom the relatively newly registered sub region (High Eden) in the Eden Valley, Barossa, comes this stunning Cabernet from Berton Vineyards. This unspoilt area has a cool climate, high winds, low growing season rainfall and relatively poor soils, not terribly appealing to us but perfect for the vines.
