"Observation" is a new series for us to play around with different hop combinations so we can 'observe' how they work together and discover which combinations bring new flavours we don't normally see in individual hops

Dynaboost (formerly known as YCH 702) is added hot side to the whirlpool while Hyperboost (formerly known as YCH 701) is added cold side post fermentation with the dry hop

Normally on Halloween, we release our DDH Bone Tree but this year we wanted to give our beloved Double Bone Tree the spotlight. This beer was dry hopped at the rate we use for our Quintuple IPAs.
