Made by Russell and Erwin. Seen in their 1899 catalogue. The hinge features a double fan like design with a bead border. Eastlake style with a textured background. It measures 3"h. The back is marked 3 3, 7816. The hinge has a dark patina. There is some rust pitting, mostly on one side which makes the design a bit less sharp on that one side.
