Originally a cropping and grazing farm, the estate is owned and operated by Richard and Val Sieber. This GSM is a co fermented blend of 57% Grenache, 29% Shiraz, and 14% Mataro, harmoniously crafted to showcase vibrant, spicy Grenache notes. The Shiraz contributes depth and structure, while a hint of Mataro introduces plump
