Kaede 2021 Trail Estate All we can do is250ml bottle 10% abv Godspeed Brewery, Toronto Kaede is our longest project to date and one we've been patiently watching develop over the many years. What began as a Godspeed Style Porter evolved into something else entirely thanks to a generous addition of Quebec Maple Syrup and three years of conditioning in stainless before a final calculated blend of fresh smoked beer. Atop a sweet and delicious maple chocolate cake lies notes of aged port, peat
