It inserts and locks securely into any Burnewiin mount and can easily be removed and stored, so that another boating accessory can be used in that mount position. It accepts 1 " flag poles including the Whitecap Teak Ensign or tubes at a 10 degree angle. In addition to supporting your favorite flag, it also is a great
