Ansom Damson Gin, Pocket Full of Stones Fortified maybe a few fresh blackcurrantsThis Seasonal Damson Gin is Hand Crafted using locally foraged damsons from around Cornwall. Star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours without being overly sweet. Juicy red fruit provides tartness with a touch of tannic acidity. The damson flavour carries through to a long, smooth finish. Notes of Christmas develop in the background.
