Charismatic, intuitive and infinitely imaginative, she embodied her art, leaving an inimitable legacy in her wake. In this 1972 pastel on paper, two cherubic characters entwine into one tail. They are peas in a pod or rather angels in a mermaid fantastical and disarming, inspired by Easter European fairy tales and ancient mythology. Inscribed with a heartfelt
