Polperro Chenin Blanc Uco Valley A minimal addition of SO₂Polperro Chenin Blanc is crafted with a gentle, hands off approach, with all clones hand harvested together and whole bunch pressed to seasoned large format oak. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts, followed by partial malolactic conversion and occasional btonnage to build texture and depth. After eight months in barrel, the wine is bottled with only light filtration, preserving purity and character. The aromatics open with candy
