Yeringberg Pinot Noir ABV 48.0% from sweet fruit and honeyedProduced from extremely low yielding vines planted between 1969 and 1974, this Pinot Noir is drawn from MV6 and an old Great Western clone. Fully destemmed and crushed, the wine spent nine days on skins before maturing for 19 months in barrel, with 38% new oak. The result is a Pinot of finesse, depth and complexity.
