Caol Ila 12 Year Old - Feis Ile 2021 70cl 57% Peatynonpeaty_Non Peaty still very waxyThis limited edition 12 year old Caol Ila single malt was bottled for the 2021 Feis Ile festival. It uses the same recipe as the Distillers Edition release, with a finishing period in ex Moscatel wine casks, but the difference is this has been released at cask strength. The palate offers notes of rich smoke, honey, raisins and liquorice with the classic Caol Ila briney finish.
