Rigorous manual labour in the vineyard and traditional fermentation in large wooden barrels establish this wines pedigree as a true Wittmann. Citrus, grapefruit and wild herbs in the nose. Deep, yellow Riesling fruit aromas mingle with a focused, almost salty, limestone minerality.
