Rise Up - Barrel Fermented Sour Brett IPA 6.5% BYOB display Hops: CitraWhen we were asked to choose a beer style to brew for the NZ Hops Challenge, we decided to play it safe by making a barrel fermented sour brett IPA. Rise Up showcases Nelson Sauvin hops which are known for their distinctive New World white wine characters.
