Bag is slim, but not flat, just big enough for a book small laptop, bottle of water and other essential bits. Straps are adjustable and comfortably long even for winter coats (can be shorten for a hand carrying if preferred) Its a new design, still in development stage the price reflects that. Who knows if I will ever make more of
