Aromas of dried apricot and candied tangerine peel meet a distinctive nutty character, while the palate is full bodied and generous, with sweet dried fruit flavours and a long, lingering finish. Lovely with chocolate based desserts and cheeses, or served lightly chilled as an aperitif. Serve at around 12C.
