It features Eastlake style floral and geometric designs on a textured background. Many of the elements were used in the Windsor design. The mounting portion measures 5 1 4"l x 2 1 8"w. It has four holes for mounting. The latch part measures 3 4"w x 3 8"h x 1 2"l. It does not have the chain portion, but works nicely. There is some rust pitting wear form age. Please
