The carvings around the edges and the blue and brown decorations are accented. The pattern of blue glaze flowing on the outside gives the bowl a change. I make my own natural ash glaze by turning sunflowers that I have grown into ash and mixing them with burned ash such as grapes, sunflowers, and figs.
