This collar is made form a single piece of 2. 5mm thick leather and made to fit extra small dogs with the first hole 20cm from the buckle, the last hole 26cm. We only use casted brass D Rings and Buckles for strength and security to keep your pets secure. The leather is 15mm wide x 2. 5mm thick. This collar fits 20cm to 26cm
