They utilize the OEM mounting holes, and don't require any drilling. The OCD tailgate panel is made from 12mm Baltic Birch plywood with a non skid cold press phenolic coating on the expose side. All edges have a slight round over, and the exposed edges will come sanded. We recommend sealing the exposed edges and logo as this will help preserve the panel.
