African continent Africa 1772 scarce charming miniature HC map Luneburg Fine mid-19th century urban planL'Afrique (Africa). Issued 1772, Paris. Engraved by anonymous. Charming little mid 18th century engraved map with attractive hand color. Decorative banner title cartouche at top right enhances the visual appeal. Note right edge has been extended with old paper to facilitate framing. The engraved area is complete out to the black neat line, aside from a tiny sliver of the right neat line edge near top right corner. Remains a nice looking example with a
