Rabbit Hole Straight Bourbon Amburana Founders Collection Cask Strength 12 Yr 125.4 750ml Port There are notes of mixedCoconut, dried cherries, mustiness, and passion fruit on the nose, balanced by fragrant barrel notes and new leather. On the palate it's sweet and honeyed, with plentiful red berries and an unusual wood note. Burnt oak, drying tannins, and lots of barrel influence on the lengthy finish, but also plenty of fruit, dark chocolate, and pepper spice. Very flavorful and assertive; delicious, but the amburana is very pronounced.
