Its not a stiff medical organizer with many compartments. Instead, its simple, cozy, and easy to bring along, so you wont forget your vitamins or capsules. Slip it in your bag or clip it to a strap its always there as a gentle reminder. The design just got a thoughtful upgrade: on the outer right side, I sewed on a small patch of purple gingham
